Chicken Pasinda



Ingredients:
1>1 Kg chicken (preferably Boneless)
2>100gm Butter
3>6 Nos tomatoes(cut in pieces)
4>4 Nos Onion(Cut in pieces)
5>Almond(cut in slices)
6> 4 large cup of chicken stock
7>Red chilli 1tbs
8>Black Papper 1 tbs
9>Cloves-15 nos
10>6 large spoon of flour
11>1 cup-yoghurt
12>Fresh green coriander leaves
13>Saffron 1/2tbs(Darchini)
14> 1 tbs javitri(Mace powder)
15>Green Cardamom( Chota illaichi)
16> Garlic paste 5 tbs
17>1 cup of milk

Procedure:Three ingredients are prepared first( A,B,C and D)

1>Ingredients A:Clean the chicken well and then properly mixed it with garlic paste and keep it for at least 20min. Then take the Yoghurt in a large bowl and mix it well with 1 tbs of red chilli powder and 1 tbs of salt.
Then mix the yoghurt with the chicken and keep it for 30 mins more.
2>Ingredients B:In a Pan add 2 tbs of butter and fry the green coriander and cloves for a while.After sometime add some onion till it get brown. then add chicken stock,tomato,flour,red chilli,black pepper ,salt and some more butter.Heat it till the gravy get little thick.
3>Ingredients C:Heat the milk with the saffron and Javitri.
4>Ingrediends D: With 1/2 tbs of butter slightly fry the almonds.
5>In a large Pan add 4 tbs of butter and Put the Ingredients A and heat it for sometime till it is half done.Then slowly add Ingredients B and Ingredients C and stir it well and allow it to get cooked properly.
6>Serve it with Coriander leaves and Ingredients D


When ready Eat it with Hot Paratha or Nan etc
