Recipe of Crab Masala


Crab masala is one of my favourite south indian dish. Its super tasty and everyone must try it.
Here is the recipe for you.

Ingredients- 
1> 3 table spoon of vegetable oil          
2>3 Stick of Cinnamon
3>2 table spoon of cloves
4>Cardamom pods
5>2 large size onion
6>2 tea spoon ginger garlic paste
7>1 tea spoon turmeric powder
8>1 tea spoon red chilli powder
9>1.5 teaspoon coriander powder
10>3 teaspoon tomato paste
11>4 tomatoes small size
12>Salt according to taste
13>1kg of crab with shell
14>Bunch of Coriander leaves
15>3 tea spoon of cumin powder
Utensils:
1>Chopping Board
2>Knife
3>Large Saucepan
4>Large spoon
5>Teaspoon
6>Table Spoon
Procedure:
Chop the Onion into very small pieces and fry it in the sauce pan.Ad
Add cloves and cinnamon.
Then chop the tomato .
Allow the mixture to get fry.When it is brown add 2 tea spoon of garlic paste.
Then add one teaspoon red chilli powder,1 teaspoon turmeric powder,1.5 teaspoon coriander powder,3 teaspoon cumin powder. shake it well and then add the chopped tomato.
Stir it for 5 min and then add some water.When the water get soaked add some more water.
Then add the tomato paste and stir it well.
Add salt according to taste.
Add the crab in the pan and stir it well.
add some more water  and stir. keep it for 15 min and the again add some water and stir and cover the pan and keep it for about 15 min.


chop some coriander and wash it. Take out the cooked crab and served it with the  coriander over it.

Well for the first little briefing , I best describe  junk food as fast to cooked,easy to eat and also not good for health. But still people like me prefer to eat because its fun and good to taste.....Here I will give rating to 10 top rated junk food that I have tasted so far  based on there taste,value to money,easy to cook.

My 10th ranking goes to PIZZA

In India it is getting vastly popular day by day. Other than street hoppers and road side sellers many big names such as Dominoes,Pizza hut ,Don make there good business out of it.


It is available in variety of tastes that you prefer.Best thing about it is you can experiment a lot.For example you have ordered a Non veg extravaganza pizza where you will find lot of meat and chicken in it, now you want some cheese in it ,so all you have to do is add some cheese toppings .
But worst thing about it is more you add more expensive it will be .
It is also considerd as one of the most expensive junk food in India.

 My 9th ranking goes to Burger

It is not that it is very famous in only in India. People eat this all over the world. Taste are available in variety.Starting from pork to vegetable burger are available . Its price differ widely depends on seller.
Like in Monginies,Sugar and spice you can get a chicken burger with the price of only with the price of Rs.25, in Mc donalds you can get in Rs75,in Flouris(calcutta) price is much higher.

My 8th ranking goes to Finger Chips

Most widely used and most easy to cook and eat.
Almost foud in all the regions in India .

Best part is that where ever you eat it will always taste the same because the only recipe is to deeply frying the potato.

Great food to enjoy and also very cheap.

                                                       My 7th ranking goes to Samosa.
Its a typical Indian food , which has been generated and produced in a huge quantity all over the country.
You can find it in all cities,village,street selling Samosa.You can find almost millions of shop who is selling this product through out the country and is very cheap.

 Generally inside staffted with fried smash potato. But now a days you can also find samosa staffted with chiken,peas etc, but pottato is widely used.

For my own personal opinion" I dont like samosa".
It dont have variety.The only variety you can have with the chutney which is served with it .

   Considered among the one of the most popular fast food  specially in Mumbai. It is considerd as one of the biggest selling fast food in the country.

Best part is that very cheap and easy to eat and also to make.

To take my own personal opinion I  don't like the taste .Its nothing heavenly. But it is favourite junk food to lot of people in the country.

My 1st Ranking goes to Rolls and kababs

I was actually confused to chose the best among these two.So I have taken both as in my first place of fast food.Both are simply the best in terms of taste,value for money,and easy to cook.Every one who is non vegeterian will enjoy it without a doubt.

Chicken Roll is widely found and also the best in Kolkata. Wonderful thing to taste.concept is chicken or mutton or what ever u want is served wrapping inside a paratha .Served with onion and lemon juice .  

Found in variety like Chicken Roll,Egg Roll,Mutton Roll,Paneer Roll,Egg Chicken Roll etc.

Kebabs nothing but meats and chicken prperly fried or cooked in refined oil. Great thing to taste. One of my favourite.

If you are in Kolkata for holidays or any other reasons and in a mood to eat something delicious ,then I will recommend you to try this delicious chello kebabs from petter cat.

The food is perfect combination of taste and health.
It consists of lovely pieces of chicken rashmi kebabs, mutton kebabs,Egg(pouch) ,Very high quality fine rice with butter and vegetable like tomatoes etc.


The restaurant has wonderful ambiances and perfect to go with your family or friends.
Peter cat serves Drinks starting from whisky or beer to exquisite mock tale.


Restaurant is located in the heart of the city in park street just next to parkstreet musicworld.

Ambiance and food like that only with the price of Rs.275/- is simply top class to me.
